The Bill (Reg. No. 2256) enhances effective legislation concerning regulation of the credit cooperation system. Thus, the Bill defines principles of activity of a credit union, its legal status, procedure of foundation of a credit union, administration and supervisory bodies of a credit union and their authorities.
The Bill introduces amendments to the Economic, Land Codes of Ukraine, the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the System of Currency Exchange Regulation and Exchange Control", the Laws "On the National Bank of Ukraine", "On Banks and Banking Activity", "On Credit Unions", "On Cooperation", etc.
